Updated Booking System!

We're excited to announce that we've upgraded our booking and client management system to Phorest to make your experience with us even better! This new system offers a smoother online booking process, easier account management, and access to special offers and loyalty programs.

To get started, when you book an appointment online we need you to set up your account in our Phorest system. It's a quick and easy process.

Here's how it works.

  • Click on the person icon on the top left of the booking form below.

  • Click on the "Create Account" button.

  • Complete the “New user account” form and be sure to use the same email address or phone number you've always used with us. This is important because it will automatically link your new account to your existing client profile so all your past appointments, notes, and preferences will be right there.

  • Once you create your account, you can start booking your favorite services!

At Salon Aken, you can rest assured that we follow the strictest controls when it comes to booking an appointment as well as submitting a payment method. We regularly audit our security mechanisms to ensure we are always PCI (payment card industry) compliant.

For your protection, your credit card information is encrypted and kept safe in a 3rd party payment system and none of the staff at Salon Aken are able to view your credit card details.

At Salon Aken, we value your time and appointments with our team of professionals. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and run our services smoothly, we have established the following policies.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our team to adjust their schedules accordingly and provides the opportunity for clients on our waiting list. In the case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you will be required to pay in full for all services booked. We do our best to work with you in emergencies.
