We are committed to delivering exceptional salon and spa services at Salon and Spa Aken. To ensure that our clients have a transparent understanding of our services and how we operate, we have established the following policies.

  • When booking an appointment with us, we require that you provide a credit card to be held on file. Rest assured that all credit card information is encrypted for your protection.

  • If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give at least 24 hours notice to avoid charges.

At Salon and Spa Aken, we value your time and appointments with our team of professionals. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and run our services smoothly, we have established the following policies.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows our team to adjust their schedules accordingly and provides the opportunity for clients on our waiting list. In the case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you will be required to pay in full for all services booked. We do our best to work with you in emergencies.

Courtesy Call, Email, and Text Reminders:

As a courtesy, we send a call, email, or text to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check your appointments.

LATE/TARDY POLICY:

We try to accommodate clients who are running behind schedule, but tardiness can delay our team's day and affect other clients' appointments. We generally allow a 10-minute grace period, after which we will call to check in on you. If you cannot make it in time for the full service, you may have to forego parts of the service to stay within the allotted time. Please call us if you think you might be late.

GUARANTEED SERVICES:

We strive for 100% client satisfaction with our spa and salon services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within five days of your appointment to schedule a free-of-charge correction. Issues reported after five days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTS:

We want you to be happy with your hair products, and we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the product hasn’t been used and is the remaining original amount and you have a receipt.

DEPOSIT FOR SERVICES:

Hair extension deposits are non-refundable.
